"What a wonderful stay in Dunedin! From the moment I arrived, the property had everything I could have wanted — nothing was missing.
The location is absolutely perfect. Waking up to a stunning ocean view from the balcony was a real highlight, and stepping out for a morning/afternoon walk along the beach couldn't have been easier. "Parking was really good - easy access to room etc. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Convenient location to the shops in Mosgiel.
The only observation i would make is that there is nowhere in the bathroom to stack your clean cloths when you have a shower. They could have done with a simple towel/cloths rack of even a little table.

"It was lovely accommodation.
Really nice location.
A little tricky checking in because they hadn't received the email from expedia yet.
The couch is used as a pull out bed which is fine but very uncomfortable for sitting on.
That is the only complaint, which we did mention to them as well."

"Great motel but the owner handed me a $40 fine just as we were packing up as I charged my PHEV car off the plug.
$2-3 cost of power but apparently is a safety issue.
Paid the fine but it’s not warned about anywhere online or in person. If I had known before hand I would have happily not plugged in.
If I was concerned enough to have this (unwritten) policy about the safety of my guests, I would probably prevent that risk beforehand?"

"This is quite a new hotel, and we found it very nice. All the finishings are very modern and luxurious. We had 2 single beds, and quite comfortable in it. The bathroom is especially nice and luxurious, staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is walking distance to everything in town. "

"Had to ask for the heat to be turned on. After the room never got any warmer had to call front desk. They brought up a portable heater which did help. Turned heater off for the night and room temperature went back down by the morning.
Also, it’s necessary to navigate stairs to get to room. Elevator does not open at floor level "
