"Staff are brilliant here. Tam the chef makes tasty meals ,can recommend the carvery for an evening meal and the pancakes at breakfast were yummy. Natasha served breakfast, she's a breath of fresh air, happy and cheerful in the morning, but all the staff are great. The tables could do with a bit of TLC it brings the overall look down a bit. Bedrooms are clean and comfy beds , tea ,coffee ,milk "

"Amazing stay at Cameron House. We were given a room upgrade to a suite on arrival and had wonderful views over the loch. Have always loved staying here in the past but hadn’t visited since the reopening. We were thrilled to be back and all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Nothing was too much trouble. We were blessed with fabulous sunshine all weekend too. "

"Hotel is very run down, we waited at the reception for a bit before being seen to! Hallway and stairs are in need of a good clean and paint! Very run down. Room was freezing, no heating on. Damp on windows and ceiling and that was supposed to be a refurbished room! Needless to say we didn’t stay and left straight away! Out of pocket. Light fitting in hall hanging down from ceiling (dangerous). Hallway hadn’t even been hoovered. STAY CLEAR OF THIS HOTEL!!! "

"Sauberes Zimmer, Super Frühstück, Gastgeber super freundlich und hilfsbereit. Hilfe gab es auch bei der Restaurantreservierung. Im Zimmer selbst gibt es eine große Tee und Kaffeebar, sowie 2 Sessel in denen man sehe gemütlich sitzt. Aussicht ist toll und sehr ruhig gelegen. Kann jedem nur empfehlen hier her zu kommen. Die Gastgeber haben die Einrichtung sehr gut durchdacht und es ist alles da was man braucht. Das beste B&B auf unserer Schottlandrundreise. Besser als jede Hotelkette."

"Stayed in a superior pod, very contemporary, comfortable, clean, and well insulated from the weather with lovely views of the loch and mountains. Not much in the immediate area food wise (would need to drive to Balloch for any alternative dining options) but the food at Oaktree was lovely, tasty and filling. Good choice of whisky too."

"Var ret irreteret over at der står der er Free Wifi og så virkede det ikke. Havde virkelig svært ved at arbejde om aftenen pga. dette. Temperaturen var nok lige i den lave ende, især i restauranten"

"Went for two nights. Room was ok. TV was left on and remote didn't work at all. We had to ask about 4 times for bath towels. Also key card apparently get erased when closed to the phone which is ok but someone could tell us earlier to save me 5 trips to reception and 5th time lady seem very annoyed about it. Breakfast were just mediocre as everything was cold, not even warm, cold. And if you are vegetarian I hope you like boxed cereal. But building was very nice, warm with loads of characters....

"We book the cabins frequently, every 6 months, 4 of us. The cabins now seem to be getting a bit tired looking. Needing a spruce up, some painting, maintenance. In our cabin this time there was a small oil heater as the fire was broken. We reported it so that maybe the next booking could have a nice fire. The coffee machine was also broke and we reported this as well. When we took the “plastic” glasses from the cupboard one had lipstick marks on it. We reported this too and asked for glass wine...
