"This was my first trip to Maine for a quick 38 hour trip for a friend's baby shower from Friday afternoon to Sunday morning. Communication was easy as I was able to text the person at the front desk letting them know my ETA. "Overall nice hotel. Complimentary Parking garage across the street was convenient until 6:30pm, then you have enter a different entrance a block away. Room was modern, updated and clean. No where to hang wet towels, though, which was troublesome. Great breakfast option if you’re in a rush and don’t have time to take advantage of a waterfront eatery. Little things caught my eye, like dirty elevator floors and stained, pilled lobby furniture."

"I enjoyed my stay at the Hyatt place last week. Unfortunately my travel companion left a sweatshirt behind. Less than a week later I came in asking if it was in the lost and found and I was told to come back the following day. When I returned they said they needed another 10 minutes to check. I went for a walk and came back waited for over a half an hour before asking again if they had found it and was told no. Seems like they would have let me sit all day waiting for an answer if I hadn’t asked...
