"A beautful small castle with bespoke charm. You really experienced all the trappings of its heritage. Absoultely gorgeous! A fantastic location set amoungst a huge range of eclectic cafes, bars and restaurants. Close to the funicular and cable car entrance. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. "Front reception staff are rude and arrogant on booking in, don't expect a warm welcome from reception. The room we booked (1208) was comfortable with a lot of power outlets for charging in the bed head. The view from the room is great. The room is dimly lit with a funny design of the toilet and sink on one side of the room and the shower on the other side of the room. There is a large window in the shower without a blind or cover, so there is no privacy. The roof top bar is awesome with great...
