"Property located within 4 minute walk to train station but was perfectly quiet. Didn’t hear any street noise. Hosts are great communicators and even went over and above helping us with on-line Cinque Terre tickets. They communicated throughout our stay to see how they could help. "Niceapartment. Big and clean. Large terrace with great views over the village towards the sea. Apartment was easy to find and very central in Riomaggiore. Self check-in was easy and comms/instructions from staff were good. Overall was a good place to stay but expected a lot more given the price (e.g. coffee and water were not complimentary which was surprising given how expensive the room was per night. Pictures show plants/greenery around bathtub but this was just an empty trough of soil...

I had entered the city a little bit earlier than expected and within five minutes a staff member was there to assist in letting us in, even though they were not operating during these hours. "This was a great location in Riomaggiore. There was a unique way to get to it but someone met us at the train station and helped us get to our room. For seniors it has a lot of steep stairs and alleyway. Not sure I would stay again because of that. The staff were wonderful and the room was very comfortable. We really enjoyed our time there. Restaurant close by was good also."

"We absolutely loved our stay in La Spezia! It was centrally located, easy to walk into town and catch the train to the surrounding area and towns of Le Cinque Terre. Daniela was an amazing host and had lots of great suggestions for sites to see on our trip! She helped us find a restaurant nearby on our first night in, and called us a taxi at checkout. Our room was very clean and comfortable, we had a beautiful view, it was perfect for our family. We’ll certainly be back!! Grazie mille Daniela! "
