"Sanitary bin wasn’t emptied. No hanging hooks or space to hang. Baggage on the floor or bed to access. Did ask for lower ground as property stated it was however was given a second floor a bit of a struggle."

"paid for a king room tried to give us twin then gave us queen . no face washers had to ask, hand soap pretty much out , bottle body lotion empty . Went to a music reunion and came back late hungry saw there was a 24-7 menu told by man at the front no such thing even after letting him know it’s posted ..."
