"We had an amazing time at the villa. All staff were extremely helpful and friendly all time. Room cleaning came twice a day to clean and surprise us in an amazing way. They decorated our room nicely when we went out for dinner. Breakfast was great and had varieties everyday. I really enjoyed all the fresh fruits they provided everyday. Could use WhatsApp for any assistance when needed. Had a water server in room instead of bottled water which is more convenient and environmentally friendly. Public pool was beautiful with the pool bar. Pool bar doesn’t provide any alcohol menu until mid day. Pool area provides free sunscreen and moisturiser. Public pool area wasn’t crowded at most times, as we thought many people used private pools in their villas. The place is a bit away from main Seminyak areas but they operate shuttle buses regularly if needed. We used grab bikes instead which is more handy. We stayed there for 5nights, made us thought we could stay there longer. We would definitely come back again for our next vacation in Bali."

"I would not stay in deluxe room. I would upgrade because deluxe rooms have no view. I had to pay $15 usd a day for 9 nights to upgrade for garden view. My first room was a blank wall."

"I requested pickup from the DPS airport when I landed - it was super convenient! Checking in was super quick and the staff showed me to my room and explained the facilities. I stayed in the studio-it was nice and quiet, and was right next to the public pool and foot bath. I had an issue in my room with ants, but the staff was very attentive and communicative with help! Breakfast was included and was delicious - you can order both a coffee and a juice, which was great for acclimating. I would recommend the strawberry pancakes and asa-gozen items. There's also plenty of shopping and walkable streets nearby. I was able to walk to Seminyak beach and passed by a ton of shops. Overall, would stay again - don't sleep on this place!"

"We had a 2 room villa (separate) so we had a lot of ground area The pool was big enough with plenty of sunshine The hosts were wonderful and nothing was to much trouble Once we got our bearings we found plenty of shopping and eatery’s and a big supermarket just at the corner"

"Stayed at Sana Vie Villa in Bali and had a great experience overall. The private pool villa was clean, modern, and very relaxing—perfect for a couple’s getaway. The design has a nice mix of luxury and a calm, cozy vibe. The staff were excellent—very friendly, responsive, and always willing to help with anything we needed. In-villa breakfast was convenient and a nice touch. Overall, I’d definitely recommend this place if you’re looking for a private, relaxing stay with great service."
