"I would highly recommend the property, not just because it was new. The staff were all very friendly, every corner we turned, they were cleaning the common area. The breakfast was awesome and they were constantly refilling items that were not even empty yet. They were even constantly cleaning the breakfast area during breakfast service. When we go back next year, we will definitely stay there."

La habitación estaba bien limpia, iluminada .Tenía cocina y contaba con todo lo necesario por si querías cocinar:platos ,cucharas ,un set de sartenes .Además de estufa ,microondas , refri y aire acondicionado todo en muy buenas condiciones y super limpio. Sábanas y toallas super blancas y con buen olor .El desayuno tipo bufete con variedad y bien elavorado.Los trabajadores todos muy atentos y amables brindando...

"Property was nice. I didn't like how when we first got there our room wasn't cleaned yet and they wanted to put us in a lesser value room if I wanted a room immediately. They said they didn't really have a clue on when it will be ready. I waited for about 30 minutes to an hour for my correct room to be cleaned. Was an inconvenience for sure because it. Was pouring down raining but other than that the stay was smooth."

"The bathroom could have been cleaner. If employees would actually CLEAN the bathroom…Thank god I always bring my own cleaning supplies and gloves and scrub the tub myself. I have been cleaning every single time I go out of town and bring my own supplies to clean because no one cleans like yourself!!! Don’t expect anything if you don’t do it yourself!!! If you’re looking for a spotless bathroom you will have to just do it yourself!"

"Breakfast was great and the reception was nice. Good location and nice room over the pool and a view of the gulf. Did not appreciate having to pay to park - this should be included in the room price. Also paid a resort fee which I am not sure what that was for. Again, include it in the price. But, overall, Embassy Suites was very nice and our room had a good view of the Gulf. I did not realize this hotel was not beachside but the view was unobstructed. We would stay here again. Only 2 elevators in the building, pool it was ok but nothing else was offered that ice cream. For someone who called this resort …. Not resort they all. Just regular apartment building!"
