"A/C did not work No screens on the windows There 2nd building that you see first when you come from the the airport had no one there and no sign indicating that you have to go to the other building to register The shower head is very low, you have to duck down to wash your face or hair"

"This hotel property is incredibly close to the airport and it was perfect for a quiet night’s stay before an early morning flight. The grounds are beautifully manicured, the outdoor cafe area is comfortable, the food was AMAZING! The room was small and basic but perfect for what we needed it for - a clean and quiet place to stay. There are no elevators - but the staff was helpful to take our luggage to the first floor when we checked in. Highly recommended place to stay! "

"Our room was next to a room that was flooded and the smell on the corridor was awful. I don't understand why they put us on that floor, near that room, when the hotel was not at all at full capacity. The breakfast was OK. I will not stay at this hotel again. Calling this a 5* hotel is ridiculous."

"Tutto perfetto. Logistica, pulizia, cordialità dei componenti della struttura . Ragazzi tutti giovani, estremamente disponibili e prodighi dí informazioni. Stanza( funky king) superba. Unico, minimo appunto l’altezza molto elevata del letto contrapposta all’altezza medio bassa del comodino dí fianco. Il che comportava notevoli difficoltà a prendere o posare oggetti senza rischiare di cadere per terra o prendere una cosa per l’altra non vedendola. Comunque, dalla colazione( di ottima qualità)...

"Personalet var så søde og hjælpsomme. Bestilte nogle dage inden ankomst deres romantiske overraskelses pakke, som de også enda var med til at ændre på så den passede lige til os. Rigtig god morgenmad, følte mig tryg som allergiker da der var skilte med alergener ved alt. Vi var 2 gange nede i baren om aftenen og få mocktails, super søde bartendere der bæa stiller en række spørgsmål så du for en drink der er lige for dig"

"Fantastic location. Very comfortable beds with lots of space which is not custom in Europe. One of the best showers ever complete with a towel heating rack! Very quiet. Very clean. The pool spa hours weren’t ideal 1-9pm so we never made it there even when trying to rush back from dinner one evening. Would stay here again in a heartbeat."

"I had an issue with my room and the first time it was resolved, but it happened a second time with efforts from current staff and it couldn't be fixed due to the proper staff had already left for the day and I got moved to an upgraded room at no extra charge. I enjoyed my stay here!"

"From the outside, the hotel looks a bit dated but it was bright and modern inside. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, with a wide variety of options available each morning. We also enjoyed using the spa which was well maintained. Our room was a good size. The only downside was that the air conditioning was difficult to work and there was no instruction manual provided so our room was very hot. We were on the second floor facing the car park and we would get cigarette...

"Breakfast was surprisingly very good, it was some of the best food I ate while in Budapest! The room was nice but the bed comforter was very small, I'm 5"7 and my feet were sticking out of the bottom of it. Other than that everything was amazing!"
