"Pulizia diciamo buona. Ho trovato dei capelli nel letto purtroppo e pur chiedendo il cambio asciugamani per due volte hanno scordato il tappeto da doccia e poi il secondo asciugamano (eravamo in due). Il personale in parte cordiale, alcune ragazze non lo sono state. Servizi molto buoni, colazione ottima, posizione comoda ma comunque distante. Struttura nuova e ben organizzata!"

"The room was quiet, clean and comfortable. The staff, Dasha and Barbora, were so very informative and helpful. They gave us advice on how to navigate the metro as well as the trams, and gave us tips on restaurants and places to visit. The breakfast was the best we've ever experienced; the kitchen staff obviously loved their craft and the spread was not only lovely, but delicious. We had a room with a balcony that was private and quiet. We highly recommend this hotel."

"When you walk in you immediately smell something wonderful that makes you feel relaxed after traveling all day. Check in was the fastest we've ever experienced for 4 rooms. Rooms were perfect size and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious! The mimosas were a great surprise. The walk around the area was easy and only a 20-30 min walk to the more touristy side...a very easy walk. We would definitely return and recommend this hotel if visiting Prague."

"Beautiful property! Super clean and spacious, excellent connection with the Old Town. Streetcar #22 stops is literally around the corner. The only suggestion for further improvement would be a coffee machine and some basics in the kitchen, like sugar and salt. It would also be nice to have shampoo, but the shower gel was ok. All in all, we had an amazing stay!"

"My single room was smaller than expected but fine for two nights. The bed was very comfortable and everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet was excellent. The neighbourhood is very hilly! I had first stayed in a hotel in New Town so it was fun to try another area of the city. Plenty of restaurants nearby and it's easily reached by tram."

"Great location with brilliant transport links. The bedroom was spacious and the bathroom was brilliant. The breakfast had lots of choice and really set us up for busy days sight seeing."
