booked 2 rooms and stayed for 2 days - we had great time. rooms are clean. breakfast selection is great. no complaint - definitely will book again.

Can be better!
Gym was a disappointment. Out of 2 treadmills only one working. No towels in gym. Breakfast lacked variety and remained the same over 3 mornings we were there. Toilet paper ran out once. Noise from neighboring rooms very audible.

breakfast too many variant, not effective. the taste just so so, better not too much variant but have better taste. on 2nd day i was dissapointed due to late of coffee serve. i think coffee should be ready before anyone has arrived.

Comfortable
The was clean and comfortable, the only drawbacks was the air conditioner wasn't really cold in the room and nothing much can be seen outside from the room window. The hotel was only 3 levels which has limited views. The hotel was connected to several nearby shopping outlets which convenient for hotel guests. Panakkukang consider a business district, for tourists staying in the area had to travel far to any attractions in Makassar

Swiss-Belinn not bad and close to a mall
Came in late from Tana Toraja for an overnight stay before back to Jakarta. Hotel room was clean and air conditioning worked well. View on to an internal courtyard. Breakfast had quite a few choices better than other Makassar hotels. Close to a large mall and Apong seafood restaurant

I'll definitely stay here again!
Everything was great. The hotel's central location allowed for walking access to museums and sightseeing. The service staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the self-service coffee and beverage bar in the lobby.

Really bad over all
I wanted to tell you how disappointing I was with this hotel during my stay. Here are the problems:1. The wifi is super slow, so slow, I cannot work. They advertise a rate that included wifi yet you ask for a surcharge for higher speed, this is deceiving advertising. If they think this will save them money or increase profit, I hope they reconsider, because you most certainly are loosing repeat customers that feel the way I do. 2. I had a SPA treatment and the body scrum was really bad. They miss many body parts and just applied the scrub but did not scrub at all. Their staff is not train. I actually like to receive a refund for this. The SPA room has no music, or even some burning aromatic essence for the mood or ambience. It was a real bad experience. 3. Western food is really poor. It is evident that you do not have a chef that know Western food. The flavor is wrong, the food always over cooked and dry. 4. The room cleaning is mediocre. They do not give you shampoo and gel daily, I run out daily. The room has a bad smell. When I have the do not disturb sign, they still knock on the door and then enter. Seriously, this is not acceptable. This hotel does not deserve 4 stars, I brought this up to management but they just sent me a form letter and truly express no care pertaining to my expressed dissatisfaction. Thye wont see me here when I return.

About our wi-fi connection, now in 2016 we had upgraded our connection, and also if you need more connection speed you can ask our Front Desk Agent and our IT staff will adjust your connection. It is totally free. Also about our spa, in 2016 we also had replaced our spa service into Dedari Spa, which is based on Traditional Balinese Treatment. All the therapist is well trained. Their ambience and aromatic essence also reflect Traditional Balinese Spa. I suggest you to try our new Dedari Spa in your next stay with us. Your input about our Western food has been delivered to related department and we will train our Kitchen staff again about standarized Western Cuisine. About room cleaning also has been delivered to Housekeeping Department and will be follow up by our Executive Housekeeper. We do understand my explanation do not erase the unsatisfying experience you encountered, but we assure you it would not happen again in the future.
