"GREAT STAFF. The Security Guys (Doormen) are absolutely the best and go out of their way to provide GREAT SERVICE. The desk staff are incredible, housekeeping is great, basically the best staff possible at a hotel. Like a family. I stay in HUNDREDS of hotels, all over the world, and this is one of my favorites now, if not THE favorite. Basically, they took a "good" hotel, and put INCREDIBLE staff in it. These folks genuinely care, and want you to have a great stay!! HIGHLY recommend. Reasonably priced, and again, staff are awesome. Rooms clean, AC good, located close to everything needed. i actually haven't had Security/Doormen that did so much to help visitors anywhere!!"

"I appreciate the property’s location away from the busy shopping centre. Although it was a considerable distance to walk from the hotel to Greenbelt and into the main street. The lobby’s ambiance, particularly the grand staircase, was most impressive and I was pleased with the city view. The room was clean and spacious. I am grateful to Emil for maintaining the cleanliness of my room during my brief stay. The chef and team were accommodating of my gluten and dairy-free dietary requests. I thank Lena for confirming the feasibility of these requests and Bryan for reiterating that my food was free of gluten and dairy. The breakfast buffet was also sufficient enough to satisfy my gluten and dairy dietary requirements. I would like to commend the young lady who assisted me with luggage and guided me into the hotel car. They could also arrange a Grab ride if you prefer not to use the hotel car. This was a brief extension of my two-week holiday, so I was unable to utilise the gym, pool and spa facilities. I am uncertain when I will return next year, but I would likely stay at this hotel again for a bed and breakfast room."

"I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. Friendly staff, strategic location, well maintained rooms. My only concern was the 3 day room service policy, 2 days would seem more fair to get a fresh set of towels/toiletries, but it makes up with the good value of the room. Overall I definitely recommend this hotel"

"Love the hotel. Staff extremely helpful, great pool area and gym. My only complaint is the rooms have an odd smell to them. Not an unclean-scent, but strange chemical smell."

"The facility is an older facility. However, it has a functional gym and swimming pool. I never availed of the massage, facials, pedicures, and manicures, but the people rave over them! The location is centrally situated to provide the consumer with the best experiences that Makati has to offer!"
