"Breakfast buffet was the best I have ever seen. So many options, definitely overstimulated but in the best way. Staff were all so kind, honestly all positive experiences! we had access to their Horizon lounge and it was a fantastic addition to our stay. Every evening there was someone singing in the hotel lobby as well which was great. Pool is very nice, got afternoon sun with huge umbrellas for shade in the chair loungers. Highly recommend this hotel, we will definitely be back! "

"I'd like to start by saying the staff is great. They are very friendly and welcoming. They are quite knowledgeable about the hotel services. The room I stayed in was comfortable. The bed was quite soft and there were 2 bathrooms: 1 toilet & sink, the other shower, tub, & sink. The AC is quite cold as well as the pool water. The bar service at the pool was great. The room size is perfect for two people. The location is great if you like to go out for drinks or coffee. I was quite annoyed by housekeeping. While the service was great & I know they worked har, I had a do not disturb sign on my door and housekeeping called me more times than days I stayed in the hotel to tell me, remind me, advise me that housekeeping services end at 5pm. At 1pm, I don't need a reminder as I also received the same notice under my door. The room showed some signs of wear that was hidden behind the bathroom blinds. The room only comes with 2 large towels. I asked for 2 smaller towels for hand drying and face washing. They were never replaced. I like to try different hotels when I stay in Manila. I won't return to I'm Hotel. The hotel that shares the building is great though. "

"The breakfast was delicious, with many Filipino and western options. The rooms were spacious, modern and clean. The staff has very friendly and professional. We loved that the hotel was connected to Glorietta mall with great dining options and shopping. "

"Everything was great. We’ll be back. One criticism is the stale musty smell when getting off elevator and in room. Hotel would be well served to replace all carpets in rooms and halls. Staff is five star hospitality "
