"The location is great, but parking is $69 per night. The biggest issue was the constant cigarette smoke coming from all directions. We could not use the balcony or leave the door open without smoke entering the room. I reported it to the staff multiple times, and each time I was told security would arrive shortly, but no one ever came. As a result, the issue was never resolved during our stay with kids."

"This is THE place to stay on Waikiki if you want to have an amazing view and be close to the action. We were able to always find chairs at the pool. The beach is steps away.
