Hotel is good but its on the ramp
The hotel is on the ramp and its hard to walk to ajd from the hotel. They have shuttle which is good. Other drawback is that the hotel is 30 mins ride from Haram

اقمت ٥ ليالي في الفندق بالصوره مكتوب سرير مزدوج بالواقع لايوجد لديهم سرير مزدوج خمس ايام لم يأتي اي عامل للتنظيف وتغيير الشراشف والمخدات خمس ايام لم يحضرو لنا مناديل ومناديل الحمام تكرمون وصابون وشامبو ماعدا اليوم الاول تكلفه الفندق جميله ومكانه جميل يتوفر باص لكنه لايتواجد عند انتهاء الصلاه مباشره مثل الفنادق الاخرى ننتظر من نصف ساعه واكثر لحين قدومه

It was a good stay there. It is bit far from Haram nut shuttle is there and they drop and pick you near the clock tower. All mentioned things were available except kettle and hair dryer.

No Towels, but somebody else's jockey shorts
Honestly with so many similar options close by don't bother with this one. I rarely give a bad review but feel I have to when housekeeping hasnt bothered to clean and restock a room before a new guest arrives. The beds were made, but the pillow cases looked dirty. Was it just old sheets or had they just put back the dirty ones from the previous stay? Don't know. But one thing that is unarguable is that there were ZERO towels in the bathroom, and it took three attempts to get towels delivered. The guy who brought them also realised that the shift before hadn't bothered to restock toiletries along with the towels... Which was nice because when I got there there was only a solitary bar of soap. So no towels and no toiletries on arrival... But I'll tell you what was there: another bloke's jockey shorts! I'm serious. As I checked the towel rail behind the door in search of a towel, I saw black jockey branded boxer shorts.... I was disgusted. As was the guy who ultimately brought the towels... Who took a photo to show the hotel manager. Other things: despite setting the air conditioning on 16 degrees, the temperature never dropped elbow 26. And finally the shower did not run any hot water. You may argue that with the room temperature at 26, and 43 degrees outside, a cold shower would be just what the doctor ordered, but that's not the point, is it? Honestly if I wasn't there for just a day I'd have changed hotels. Disgusting.

Great location the cost and free bus to the al hur
Great location the cost and free bus to the al huram. Taxi was not expensive also. Friendly management if you are familiar with the language

Hotel quasi introuvable via gps Meilleur moyen de trouver se rendre au niveau des navettes et suivre celle de l hotel j arrive vers 2h du mat, on me donne ma chambre, je trouve des cafards, je demande une autre chambre on essaie de me dire c est pas grave, je deviens fou et insiste pour une autre que j obtiens, petit dejeuner absolument mauvais, au dela du fait qu il est basique avec notamment un jus d orange chimique, c est une toute petite piece ou 2 a 3 pauvres employes doivent faire avec un nombre enorme de clients d une civilite deprimante notamment quand on se trouve a Makkah. Absolument a eviter.

Nice Hotel for a very reasonable price
Great experience, very courteous staff. Their Shuttle takes you or bring from Haram any time of day or night. Wide variety of stuff in Breakfast. Neat and Clean rooms. Nice Bathroom There was no Microwave in the room though. That's the only negative for us.

بالنسبة للباص اللذي ينقل للحرم يتأخر كثيراً ويتطلب الانتظار نصف ساعه واكثر ، ادوات النظافة لايوجد سوى صابونه لليد وشامبو من الافضل عدم استعمالة للشعر . بالنسبة للفطور جيد. الغرف ضيقة جداً . النت جيد . الطاقم متعاون جداً حيث ادخل عائلتي قبل وقت التشيك ان بوقت طويل جداً . الفندق بعيد جداً .

Hotel ainistration is loose no check if you ask for some thing than you have otherwise no automatic cleaning schedule If administration got stick and pick and drop to market every half hour And strictly follow the rules than this hotel is very good and rating can be near to excellent
