They did not check me in on time I wait almost for 1 hour extra and I called expedite about it The carpet was not clear it was broking and I have photo and spiders in room

Location is quite comfortable but facilities are at very basic level. It is a 2 star charges 3 star charges.

There are bad bugs in the room. No proper maintenance. No room services available. Mold in the bathroom sink. Dust on all over the room. Bad odors in the room. Totally worthless place to stay. Staffs are nice.

الفندق سي جدااا وغير نظيف وأداره غير محترمه ولدي حجز مؤكد لكن تضطر للانتظار لعدم وجود اداره تنظم المكان الاداره هنا عباره عن هندي لايحترم احد والمطعم لا يأكل فيه حيوان وليس إنسان لا انصح نهائيا به وحسبي الله ونعم الوكيل الموقع يظهرلك انه فندق نظيف ومحترم والعكس صحيح موقع عربي هوتيل موقع نصب واحتيال ولا انصح بخ ايضا

Terribe Experience
No staff courtesy, no one would take the responsibility, stayed for one week without having change of bed sheets. Even, there were rats in the room and the counter guy told, they (the rat) is very small and, we should not worry about it.
