1- Images in the website are totally different than the reality
2- The hotel was overbooked during the time of arrival
3- The reception employee was not responsive, he had very bad attitude, even his manager did not respond to our calls
4- We were forced to inform the police to resolve the conflict as we were very tired after a long trip
5- After long time of negotiation and the intervention of the police, they managed to find us a dirty room with 5 beds - knowing that we have already paid through hotels.com for 2 nights and 2 rooms with 2 beds each- the also managed to find us another room in another bad hotel nearby
6- I am blaming hotels.com as they are not qualifying this hotel before offering them as one of highly rated hotels in their website
7- To be fair, we have to be compensated for the extra time we have wasted to gain our rights there
8- In conclusion, waste of time, waste of money and gain of sickness
