"Ideal base for skiing in Grand Hirafu, with ski in/ski out access to the Ace Family Lift and location is walkable to a good variety of food, shopping and ski hire options, as well as the King Gondola and Hirafu Welcome Centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, and buffet breakfast hit the spot each morning. Onsen was lovely after a day on the slopes too! We loved the view from our room, watching people ski down the Family Run. Would stay again and highly recommend. "

"An amazingly beautiful ski resort hotel with a great staff and excellent food (Yotei's shabu and breakfast were great). The Hilton hotel in Niseko would be great place to keep going back to. Thank you to everyone there."

"Will come back again. Getting to the hotel: Hotel has a carpark for those renting cars but there is a shuttle bus service provided by the hotel from Sapporo JR Station. Room for 2 Pax was clean, spacious, serene. Service was great, Breakfast and Dinner was especially enjoyable with the view from the lounge. "
