Unfortunately there are more dislikes than likes. Location is good. Hotel room maintenance is quite poor. Had to switch rooms because of wet bathroom floor. Water source was unknown. Overall would rather stay someone else next time .

Everything else is fine, but the elevator takes a long time to arrive, and we need to be careful about the children's swimming pool as too much water spills onto the ground, which could cause children and the elderly to slip and fall.

Great choices of items for breakfast. Recommend to pay RM10/stay for the premium parking on level 3A. Bathroom in are not very clean. Alot of soap residue/stains all around. Pretty convenient to walk to Jonker Street. There is nothing much at Shore Mall, which is attached to the hotel.

Everything about the hotel was average. The hotel's best days were clearly over as is it's obvious decline through lack of care and maintenance. TV was faulty and had to be replaced, pool area and deck chairs were dirty. The adjoining shopping mall was just sad and in an even faster state of decline.
