Cari Cottage di Malaga

"Perfect [very] small and very basic place to crash for a night and move onto the next stop in the AM. Clean, staff was pleasant and communicative and had amenities including a small store. Main downsides is that there is barely if any food options in the area so would suggest to pick up something on the way there or pick your own. It’s also a popular stop for truckers to catch some sleep for the night so sometimes the vehicle traffic can be loud. Bathroom and shower are very small and basic [not...

"Pet friendly. Large spacious clean room. Friendly front desk person. Free continental breakfast. Good location if you want to visit Carlsbad Cavern national park or Guadalupe Mountain National Park. Would highly recommend!"

"Good experience"

"Room and service were fine. I would have liked options for food, like sandwiches in a vending machine when we arrived late."

"The room was clean and VERY small, good for 1 person, not much for 2. Breakfast on Saturdays is available at 10am when the app says 7am, it was Indian food served at a food truck parked at the property, not burritos as other reviews showed, we had reservations at the caverns at 10:30 so we couldn't stay for breakfast but they offer to prepare coffee if we wanted, we just ended going to a gas station and getting food there. If you are a free spirited person and doesn't care for luxury, this place...

"Property is okay if you just need a place to sleep for the night. Cleanliness can be improved but we have stayed in worse motels. There are a lot of seasonal workers staying there for temporary housing so place is not very quiet at night."

"The rooms were older and not well taken care of. It was not very clean. I don't know how in the world it got a score of 8 on the reviews. I would probably give it a 3."

"A fine stay but there is some highway noise on the front side"

"Room are very clean. Staff are nice"

"Tha shower in my room don’t work en tha water from the shower go to the room"

"Hotel being upgraded and we were in a newer room. Very spacious with seating area, separate bar area with sink, frig and microwave. Construction was going on but we heard nothing and crews left no messes. Staff did not inform us of renovations but there were signs. Good breakfast."
