The room and everything else is clean. The neighborhood is also quite well but when I arrived at the agreed-upon check-in time nobody was there. I could only enter the building because someone came out. Moreover, they don’t have a telephone number you can call, so I tried to reach someone via e-mail. At the check-on counter I found a turned off tablet, so that wasn’t helpful either. After half an hour somebody came but was not very friendly and happy to help me and nobody apologized for the inconveniences. Moreover, in the mornings you can only talk to agents via this tablet which feels very impersonal. Literally everybody feels uncomfortable using the tablet, you can see this during the breakfast times. The breakfast itself is simple but okay. They offer toasts with cheese (maybe also ham, can’t remember), jelly and coffee. Since you have the pods to sleep in, it’s not really a place to socialize. The don’t offer tours or something so everyone sticks to his own plans.

The Hostal location is perfect to walk to Malaga’s main points of interest, marina, restaurants, bars and pick up locations for tours. The capsules and amenities were clean and modern. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful. Love my stay!

Do not book this place. I had a conflict with the host about storing my luggage before check-in, and they had a really bad attitude. The staff are just as unfriendly. Even though there are staff members physically there, you still have to go through a self-check-in process. What is the point of having a reception desk? Such an annoying place. There was no toilet paper in the shared bathroom when I checked in, and still none when I checked out. Totally unmanaged. Honestly, places like this shouldn't even be open. Total lack of basic standards. This place doesn't even deserve a single star.

Camera molto pulita così come anche gli spazi comuni, ma veramente troppo “capsula” direi claustrofobica, senza nemmeno una finestra. Tutto sommato però se non si soffre di claustrofobia e si deve pernottare per poche notti …. Si può fare
