Pelayanan yang baik dan pemandangan yang bagus
Salah satu pilihan hotel yang terbaik di daerah Batu. Hanya saja terjadi kesalahan koordinasi dari pihak Hotel.com untuk breakfast, tetapi dari Amarta Hills, mereka sangat membantu untuk membantu kami.

Not ready yet to serve you well
The room is very dusty because of the ongoing construction in front of the room. No facility just yet, not even a stable Wifi connection in each room. Bed cover and pillows are dirty (I even spotted shoe prints). Breakfast is not satisfying either, various choices but poor taste.

Saya kesulitan check in pdhal sdh sy tunjukkan nmr booking hotels.com .pihak horison batu beralasan tidak menerima konfirmasi dan menyatakan kalau belum ada kerja sama dgn hotels.com kemudian sy cb telepon ke call center hotels.com jg tdk bisa krn jam sabtu sore mesin penjawab menyuruh tlp lagi di hr kerja. Setelah 1 jam lbh akhirnya pihak htl mengijinkan sy check in. Benar2 pengalaman yg mengkwatirkan. Mohon jawabannya.

Hotelnya bagus dan kamarnya bersih dan nyaman
Kami sekeluarga memesan kamar executive, kamarnya luas banget dan sangat nyaman buat keluarga, anak2 sangat menyukai tinggal di hotel ini.

Magnificent New Hotel With Beautiful Mountain and
The hotel is new and perfectly located high above providing magnificent mountain and city views. Sunrise was so beautiful everyday. Staffs were friendly and try to do their best. Rooms were nicely done with every basic needs provided for and very comfortable beds. It has a good size balcony but without any outdoor chairs which is the one thing missed in the room. Facilities such as swimming pools are still being built and constructions still on the way throughout. Breakfast was wonderful with great choices including traditional foods. Overall a great place to be with great potential. Recommended for all and we will return.
