"I have two negatives for this property. One, make sure if you can't hike up stairs you say so up front. Second, there was no hot water. Third and the most annoying, make sure you communicate to them how many beds you need! I booked the room I did because it was advertised that it had 4-5 beds. However, because they determined that we could all fit in 2, they tried to charge us for a third bed. Apparently because that's the local standard. I had to complain, debate, and show them the listing to...

"Nice secluded spot a short walk from Diniwid Beach. Awesome staff and cute dogs on the property. Great value for the price. Only downside is it's about a half hour walk to get to the busier part of the beach if that is what you are seeking on your stay. Highly recommend if you're looking to relax in Boracay! Would definitely stay again. :-)"

"2/6 nights review, Loft room. Staff are very polite and friendly, from reception, concierge, kitchen, drivers, and cleaners. The infinity pool is my favorite. I had second thought booking this hotel due to 'construction site noise', but I am glad I didnt cancel the booking.. it's not noisy at all considering that the construction site is just parallel to our room balcony. We decided to keep our booking for the next 4 nights. "
