"Had a fantastic stay at Hyatt Centric Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is modern, stylish, and perfectly located for exploring the city.
What really made the experience special was the staff – every member of the team was incredibly warm, welcoming, and always greeted us with a smile. Their genuine friendliness and willingness to help made us feel right at home throughout our stay.
Shout out to Hayato lovely boy who helped us with the luggage and the boy who cleaned our room 603 and 604 from June 8-11 around 11 am as I don’t know the name , they both need to be appreciated
The breakfast was another highlight. There was an excellent variety of options, all fresh and well-prepared, with something to suit every taste. It was the perfect way to start each day.
A wonderful hotel with outstanding service, comfortable rooms, and a great atmosphere. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur."
"The service was excellent from every member of the team.
We had a club room which was worth paying for, an oasis away from the bustle of KL.
The pool and spa areas are fabulous.
Our 1st visit to this hotel and we would definitely return"
"Here for business, room is decent but the facing is right in front of the metro which is very noisy throughout the day and night. Aircon is noisy if I set it to 2 bars and above. If you are a light sleeper, take note. Breakfast was decent but fruit flies are trying to feast on my meal as well… Location is good and there is a link bridge from the hotel to NU Sentral Mall."
"This is a fabulous hotel with the most amazing view of the Petronas Towers. We had a club room overlooking the towers and it was just awesome to open the curtains each morning and see it lit up each evening. The food and drinks in the hotel were all fabulous. We had a Traders Club room so ate in the club lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea and cocktails in the evening. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The location of this hotel is so good to walk over to the towers and see the light shows in the evenings. We also had drinks and ate in hotels nearby to enjoy different views of the towers: The Oriental Park has a close up view of the light show and food was great, Satellite restaurant bar in the Imperial Lexus and Blackbird in Naza Tower have views of the towers and a short distance from Traders. The hotel offers a shuttle buggy over to the towers. We had a beer in the Sky Bar after a long day out and before it got busy with kids in the pool and people arriving for evening drinks. A fabulous hotel in a fabulous location and we wouldn't hesitate to return."
"We had a wonderful stay in the Rasa Wing for 5 nights in May 2026. The suite was spacious with a balcony overlooking the gardens/sea. The hotel is spotless and the staff are so friendly and helpful. It was my husband's birthday and they sent a delicious chocolate cake to the room and decorated our room with towel origami which was a delight. We had a Nespresso machine and bottled water delivered daily. The breakfast had a great buffet selection and menu to choose from. Breakfast felt relaxed. We enjoyed the afternoon tea from 3-4pm once and it was delicious, not too much food. We also enjoyed the drinks and food in the bar from 5:30-7pm a few times and the quality of food and drinks was exceptional. I used the spa and had a lovely facial and felt so relaxed afterwards. The pool area was relaxing. The concierge was very helpful with recommendations and there is a free shuttle bus into Georgetown. We ate at the Pinang bar and restaurant twice and had cocktails during sunset one evening. The food and service were excellent. This is a really lovely hotel and the grounds are beautiful and well cared for. Although the decor is a little dated in comparison to more modern hotels, it doesn't take anything away from the overall experience. I would highly recommend staying here and would return. In Batu Ferringhi we ate in Ferringhi Garden and Grand Lebanon and had delicious food in both. A big thanks to all the staff who made our stay so enjoyable :-)"
"Firstly, let me start by saying we were staying as a couple and didn’t realise it was the school holidays in south east Asia, so this definitely colours my review. The pool area looked amazing when we arrived, but the entire time we were there it was completely crowded with kids - who were having an amazing time and it’s definitely a great resort for families. For us, it was so noisy, overcrowded and you couldn’t get an alcoholic drink until 3pm… and even then, there never seemed to be anyone around in the lounge to serve drinks so you have to head over to Sigi’s. I promise I’m not usually a day drinker, but when I’m on holiday at a resort, a day time cocktail is part of holidaying. In good news, you can wander next door to the Rasa resort, which is way quieter and serves drinks with a smile. So my honest opinion - if you’re looking for family friendly, go to the Golden Sands; if you’re looking for relaxing couple-time, go to the Rasa."
