We were upgraded to deluxe room on the 20th floor. Room size is big. Two twin beds are big also. Room is clean. But the room is slightly old with torn laminates on the furniture and holes on the sofa. Breakfast was alright. Some of the dishes was stale and not heated up properly. Overall, the stay was good but not great.

I was impressed by the room service. Being that I was out and did not request for room service, the staff still made the room & top up the amenities. This aside, I had some cash and electronic items on the table and they were all untouched. The staff had only focussed on making the room. Such high level of service integrity is indeed applaudable. It has been my second stay at this property and I highly recommend it.

The hotel is within walking distance to KSL Mall and some of the eateries we visited. Hotel staff are also very friendly. The room upgrades also came as a pleasant surprise for us even though it's only a 1 night stay booking.
