"Beautiful hotel"

"We stayed for one night as a family of three and were very happy to receive a free upgrade to a larger room upon arrival. Lovely and helpful staff, nice pools and good breakfast buffet, would definitely recommend for a family stay in Lugano."

"The property has a very green theme which was good to experience, very modern and constructed with thought for the environment. All keys were electronic which meant you needed your phone and roaming though (a downside as only one of us had roaming) good because meant you didn’t have a key to lose. Room temperature would have been good to go a couple of degrees lower, given the heatwave, but overall we really liked the hotel. The staff we saw were very friendly. "The hotel is in the perfect location for anyone who likes to travel on foot, a short downhill walk from the train station and an even shorter walk of two blocks to the lake, excellent restaurants and cafés. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with a city map and free passes for public transportation. This was very helpful for taking the cable car uphill to the train station"
