"Room was straight out of a horror movie It smelled like stale cigarettes, bathroom had hair shavings, keep your shoes on as the rug was disgusting. The door locked but was not tight so I slide a chair to lock it and the dresser. Slept with one eye open"

"Good accommodations. The room was very clean. The mattress on the sofa bed was terrible. Breakfast couldn't keep up with the number of guests; they didn't restock, and when they did, it took a long time. Very nice room, great and spacious bathroom. Very clean."

"I had booked our room through Expedia about 2 months before travel. I booked a queen suite with sofa bed and when we got to the property they said they only had a king suite with sofa bed. The receptionist said it was Expedia's fault because they don't check what rooms the hotel has available. Not sure if that is true or not. Made for a very tight stay for our family of 6 for 5 nights. There was a bunch of hair on the pool deck for 2 days before being cleaned up. Breakfast staff was grouchy and...

"Easy check-in and a decent overall stay. Location is great, close to short pump etc. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. The only downside was the thin walls-we could hear nearly every door opening and closing in the hallway throughout the night. Parking was also limited, so we had to park near Silver Diner, which was a bit of a walk. On the positive side, Diamond at the front desk was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful, making check-in a great experience."

"I will be very honest with this hotel. I had to get something quick because we had an event coming up and we drove 6 hours from NY to Virginia.
