"So disappointing to find out that the shuttle was completely useless to us. They only drop off to some locations some times. There is definitely a lack of communication on that. We had to pay an uber every time. Disappointed! We did better staying in Manhattan and riding the bus to the Corona Park area."

"Exceeded my expectations heavily as I’d never been to New York before. From the jump the staff was so welcoming and accommodating in all ways. Best customer service I’ve received at any hotel. Especially Mikey who was very welcoming and friendly. If I come back to queens I’m coming back to this hotel. Room was great but customer service just blew it out the park."

"I found this hotel to be better for my tastes and needs than another one I was in the night before. However, they advertise "free breakfast," but all they had was coffee and tea, and a microwave. All in all, I would stay there again. Staff were kind and friendly."

"The cleaning staff were amazing, the air conditioning was great. There are plenty of fast food places close by and a target to shop for necessities. The front desk clerks were there often communicating wasn’t the best but overall it was a good experience the bed itself seems to be not so clean as well as the pillows the view is amazing though."

"The best airbnb Ive stayed at in New York with the best price for our family of 6. The place was so clean, amenities looked brand new. It had a homey feel to it, my kids didnt want to leave. We will definently be booking again in the future. "

"The parking space need attention. They are going through renovations and the parking space needs to be clean up and the surface be repair, asphalted or something."

"I we didn’t get a chance to stay for breakfast, but the rooms were very clean the amenities and appliances were functional and conveniently located, and the staff was very friendly. We were helped with any questions we had and it was a bonus to have a free airport shuttle. Ordering through Expedia gave us some bonus benefits (free bottle of alcohol and room upgrade option), that made the experience even better. We would definitely stay here again and hopefully get to try the food."
