"The hotel has real charm to it. The rooms have been updated and are spacious. I love the location as we were able to walk to places like Fanueil Hall/Quincy Market Place, the North End, the Boston Common, Public Gardens and Copley Square. Enjoyed spending time in the historic Last Hurrah."

"Great location. Room had a mini fridge and breakfast included with stay. Biggest concern was that there is minimal space to put your clothes. No dressers, just two small bedside drawers and a closest with 6 hangers and some hooks."

"Great location. Safe and clean. Perfect view of the harbor. Only complaint is they need to lose the automated phone call line when trying to reach the bellman or front desk. Called for bags using their robot and it never connected to a live human. Human touch is key in customer service. So lose the automation. Took about 35 min to get a bellman to come for the bags."
