"Nice hotel near Central station. Clean room which seems to be recently remodelled. As most downtown hotels may do, no view from room other than close buildings, but enjoyed view to inner sectors. Friendly staffs. Small, but good breakfast with espresso, yogurt, juice, fruits, cheese, bread and danish. Bar staff was very kind, in particular. I had to present at an international online meeting to Japan, and had no issues at all with the wifi. Very efficient."

"Booked the Family XL room for me and my 2 x teenage daughters, probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in any hotel! Large spacious rooms, only gripe was the AC wasn’t enough to cool the room, called reception and they sent up not 1 but 2 x Fans which helped a lot. Helpful staff, No English channels on the large TV!! We didn’t really eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment. Location is ok and approx. 10 walk from most shops and restaurants."

"Not recommended for the following reasons: (1) During my stay in room 621 (from 27–31 May 2026), the shower malfunctioned every single night, suddenly releasing water at high pressure from the shower head in the middle of the night. This created extremely loud noise and was both disturbing and quite frightening. Experiencing this repeatedly throughout the stay was unacceptable and significantly affected my rest. "Tout etait absolument parfait ! L hotel est tres bien situé à la fois à proximité du centre et donne sur une place tres calme dont l accès aux voitures est interdit. La décoration est d un bon goût indiscutable, cosy et chaleureux. J ai été ravie de découvrir cet hôtel."

"Staff was not kind, they made me pay for breakfast while on the eve the agent reassured me that breakfast was free. Plus, every hotel I had stayed in before offered me a free baby crib, I got it for free but in this hotel, they said I need to pay an additional 55Euro or 60Euro. That was not friendly or cool not because of money but it means the hotel is not family-friendly. The hotel can do better on that front."
