My room was tiny and cozy, which was perfect for a solo traveler. I saw they have other larger rooms. You need to climb a flight of stairs to access the rooms, and there are 2½ bathrooms shared among 7 people.
The location was very convenient, walkable to a few dining options. Trader Joe's is right next door for anything you might need (including parking). That area is a bit sketchy though, so don't...

"It is a great location if you have a conference or event at the convention center. If you don't - check the convention center schedule! We arrived on a concert night - no parking and a 20 minute wait for one of 6-8 elevators. It was crazy. Loud hallways. Not restful. Sorry."
