It is conveniently located in the north of Mallorca at Can picafort. The staff at reception and the pool bar were pleasant. I went in for the all inclusive package and I think it was definitely a mistake. Lunch on a daily basis was a let down with a limited menu, so I decided to skip it on the last two daya at the hotel. The selection of cut fruits and cakes at dessert with exactly the same for every lunch and dinner meal. That was exhausting. The drinks package was good and had nice variety. While I was there there was no evening entertainment at all. For the first 3 daya the room that I was allotted had very patch Wifi and the staircase close to it was closed, I requested to move and they did move me to a btter room for the next few day where I had better coverage of wifi. Would I go back, given everything, probably not!

Nos han tratado a cuerpo de rey!!! Un diez al personal del hotel, empezando por Ana de recepción pasando por José jefe de sala del comedor y su equipo, y por supuesto Juanillo y su compañera en el bar-terraza, un placer haber estado unos días!!! Volveremos!!

The hotel is announced as a 4 star hotel that is in reality no more than 3 star hotel being well re-designed. The personal is really friendly and is doing a good job. However, they are not educated for working in a 4 star hotel. There is a swimming pool guard at the pool. The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and the beach is just 5 min walking distance. There is all commodities around.

La habitación muy bien,amplia limpieza, estupendo el personal de 10 que trabajan allí sobre todo las chicas de recepción y una chica de la limpieza que era de Sevilla. Si volvemos a Mallorca sin duda repetiremos una zona tranquila y el hotel genial.

Die Unterkunft hatte eine gute Lage. Strand, Supermärkte, Restaurants und Souvenirshops in unmittelbarer Nähe. Vor Ort gab es genug Parkplätze auf der Straße. Das Frühstück und der Service waren gut. Rundum ein super Hotel.

All people of the staff were awesome. At the reception, at the restaurant, at the bar. Especially Ana, José, Marlon, Juanillo, Yolanda, Madi, Laura... But generally everyone in this Hotel is very nice and kind. The room and mostly everywhere was really beautiful and clean.

Top hotel met goede ligging
Het was een erg fijn hotel, niet te groot maar ook zeker niet te klein. Ontbijt was uitgebreid en goed verzorgd. Vriendelijk personeel en ideale ligging tenopzichte van het strand en de restaurants.

Just come home from a week of b b at the Gran Playa. The hotel is perfectly situated 2 mins from the beachfront and the multitude of restaurants and eateries strewn along the promenade as far as you can walk. So many options for drinks and dining. Open all day long and well into the evening. The rooms are basic but have all you require for your stay. Cleaned everyday and bed made. Everything was functioning in the room. ie a/c, fridge, lights, TV. Bed was memory foam and comfortable. Our room had an accompanying balcony which was perfect for drying clothes and towels overnight ready for the next day. Breakfast was from 8-1030 and had an abundance of fresh foods to gorge on whatever your taste. The pool large enough to swim lengths and was surrounded by sunbeds that mostly caught the sun at some or all of the day. Timings of the use of the pool was our only gripe. It was only open from 10-7pm due to having to have a lifeguard on duty at these times. However guests seemed to be permitted to lounge on or baggsie a sunbed before 10am. Early risers will be rewarded!! (beware of towelgate). We used the gym facilities (I know right??!!) once. Sauna Steam and hot tub all worked well. Every member of staff seemed very friendly to us and very helpful. A special mention must go out to Ana on reception. She was amazing and went above and beyond for all our queries and requirements from information gathering to booking excursions, etc. So friendly....WE LOVE ANA!!! Don't hesitate to book!

Really friendly service and clean rooms! At night it can get a little noisy due to the outdoor bar being below some rooms but this didn’t impact us. 2 minute walk from the beach and lord of shops / dining options nearby.

We had a fabulous time in the hotel, staffs were particularly pleasant. I want to mention Umar in dinning area and Marlon at the bar, they were great, always ready to please the customers with smiles. The buffet was excellent, loads of choices all the amenities was great. Very clean hotel. We loved it and will highly recommend this hotel. Will definitely visit again

Lo mejor es la atención del personal y la ubicación, que aunque no es primera línea de playa, lo tienes todo cerca. Lo peor, en la habitación había cosas en mal estado, como el armario que no cerraba, el interruptor del baño, la taza del inodoro se movía y la cama sonaba por tener la pata central medio rota.

An sich ein nettes Hotel und der Wellnessbereich war cool da bei uns das Wetter nicht so mit gespielt hat. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen waren sehr umfangreich und zufriedenstellend. Leider war bei uns im Bad wo ich sehr auf Sauberkeit wert lege die Tür schon beschädigt vom Wasser, der Lichtschalter fällt fast auseinander gefühlt und sauber war es auch nicht so ganz. Beim duschen wurde das ganze Bad überschwemmt und das lag nicht an uns. Aber ansonsten für den Preis eigentlich ganz super.

Das gesamte Hotelpersonal war super freundlich. Direkt beim Einchecken hat man sich super wohl gefühlt. Das Essen war super lecker und jeden Abend gab es ein anderes Thema (einmal Asiatisch, am anderen Spanisch usw.). Beim Frühstück kam auch jeder auf seine Kosten: es gab Joghurt mit Obst; herzhaft (Rührei, Speck, Rösti, Würstchen). Das Personal im Restaurant war auch immer super freundlich

Zimmerservice ist überfordert, arbeitet ohne System. Rezeption ist hilfsbereit, der Nachtdienst allerdings nicht kompetent. Das Frühstück ist lecker und vielfältig, der Außenbereich zum Essen lieblos und nicht schön.

Ich war mit meinem Freund vor 2 Wochen dort. Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub. Das Buffet war sehr abwechslungsreich und man hatte eine riesige Auswahl. Jeden Abend gab es unterschiedliches Essen und einen Koch der einem das Essen frisch zubereitet. Auch die Zimmer waren sehr sauber und hatten die perfekte Größe für 2 Personen. Das Bad war sehr modern und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Zimmerservice war klasse und das Zimmer hatte einen sehr angenehmen und frischen Duft nach jeder morgigen Reinigung. Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich zu uns und an der Rezeption sprachen sie auch gutes Deutsch. Als wir leider beim Checkin viel später als gedacht im Hotel ankamen wurden wir trotzdem Nachts um 3 Uhr freundlich Empfangen und haben sogar so viele geschmierte Sandwichs erhalten wie wir wollten. Würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und auch immer wieder gerne hinfahren.

En general el hotel estaba muy bien y tranquilo. La única pega por decir algo fue q tuvimos q llamar el día de llegada para q reparasen la cisterna y la ducha. Por lo demás todo muy bien.

Rekommenderar gärna detta hotell.
Vi hade en fin vistelse på Hotel THB Gran Playa-Adults Only. Hotellet är modernt, rent och fräscht. Personalen trevlig och tillmötesgående. Vi hade halvpension och det var mycket prisvärt, maten var god och varierad. Läget är toppen, nära strand. Åker absolut gärna tillbaka.

Un hotel que se enfoca en extranjeros
La variedad de la comida era escasa, por ejemplo para hacer una ensalada muchos dias no habia atun y aceitunas por ejemplo no hubo ninguna de las 9 noches que pasamos, el desayuno estaba pensado para extranjeros y la mayoria de los camareros tenian mejor actitud con los extranjeros, el unico que nos atendia igual a nosotros que a los extranjeros era un camarero llamado Omar, la limpieza del hotel era buena, el colchón de la habitacion no era de calidad, la piscina estaba bien con tumbonas suficientes para todos, No ha sido una estancia mala pero es la peor estancia que he tenido en un 4 estrellas, no volveremos ya que creo que pagamos de mas

Notre séjour dans cet établissement a été incroyable ! Personnel adorable et au petit soin avec nous. L’emplacement est idéal et proche de tout! En revanche le petit bémol a été pour nous les dames de ménages qui nous ont réveillés plusieurs fois en rentrant dans la chambre tôt le matin… pas super question intimité.
