"It took 3 strangers on the street to help me find this place. The woman managing the property (who I never met or saw) assured me the street address as listed is accurate, yet neither the driver nor others in the neighborhood knew where this street was. She was courteous and professional, but not helpful. Expecting to be there and in bed by 11pm, it was close to 1am by the time i managed to get in. Once inside, connecting to wifi required using a QR code. The guesthouse is built into a...

"The house has sooo much potential and the location is amazing and we were happy at the beginning of our stay till an electric outage happened half way through our holiday and the client service of that place was nothing but non professional. They left us with no help or support and we had older people who struggled to roam the house in the complete darkness and when we did call them every time someone says that they are on a new shift and did not abiut what happened earlier. Place is good but...

"The place was indeed very nice and looked like advertised. The communication with the host was not perfect, they had sent us the information ahead of time but when we communicated with them to ask again for the combination of the lockbox with the key, they were not very friendly, but in the end gave us the needed information. There was no welcoming bottle of water or anything else in the fridge, no washing powder, or anything that would have felt that on is welcomed, so I cannot really blame...
