"The location is fabulous, the apartment is fantastic and amenities great. The beds were not great, very uncomfortable. They advertise luggage storage and before we checked in they stored our luggage and then took it to our room when the room was ready, that was awesome, but when we asked for luggage storage on our check out we were told we would have to pay. Staff were very friendly and helpful."

"Great unique and quirky loft space. Very central right opposite Minster Cathedral. The bells rang for about an hour on the Sunday midmorning, but don't know if that is a regular thing. The loft was cosy and warm. Too warm at times but you can adjust the heating. I don't think the bedroom window opens as i struggled with it,so a shame no air can get in as the bedroom can feel a little stuffy at times. "Booked the apartment for a short stay. Good communication from the owner with entry instructions, good directions. It is obvious that the apartment sees a lot of footfall being very close to the seafront of the north bay, but it offered everything needed for the stay; very comfortable, clean furnishings; ample clean towels and bedding; nice clean kitchen with breakfast bar; good sized fridge freezer; washing machine.
