"Overall v good. One major downside was the heat. Obviously can’t control the weather, but there was no way to cool the room. Thermostat showed 31 degrees and it didn’t cool down all night. New building v nice etc but no air con and not even a fan in the room! Windows barely open, no doubt a safety ..."
