"Staff excellent. Food very good - evening and breakfast Car park was quite full when we arrived early eve. Bar was surprisingly good for a health spa etc. Great draught beer, wine, cocktails -and not overpriced for such a lovely establishment! Really enjoyed- cheers!!"

"The staff are very helpful and pleasant and make you feel very welcome. The room was very clean and well maintained. The hotel is a little out of town, however the food in the hotel is excellent and has a wide choice, with a reasonable selection of vegetarian food, so no real requirement to go out. ..."

"A wonderful woodland stay in a character filled hotel and restaurant in the heart of the Malverns. Did not have dinner here, but the cooked breakfast was spot on. Staff were very helpful and friendly throughout my stay."
