Hotel dekat Biara Great Malvern

"Lovely spacious room with large en-suite. Very clean with water, tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Lovely little extra were the complimentary chocolates and sweets. Breakfast was excellent, excellent options, I had the Avocado on toast with poached eggs which was delicious and coffee was also good quality. Would highly recommend this hotel. Was great value."

"Great view. Limited parking but did get down the road. Good location for walking the hills. Good breakfast"

"Clean room, lovely outlook."

"Staff could be more attentive around the spa area."

"The hotel is worn and dated. Premier boasts that you will have a comfortable sleep, it was by far the least comfortable stay we had on this 5 city holiday. However, the restaurant was very good, we had breakfast and dinner there each day of our stay. We only chose this hotel for the location as we had business within walking distance."

"Great location about 10 minutes drive into the City. Large, clean room with tea, coffee etc and fresh milk in fridge & bottled water too. Quirky room as part of an old pub so floors a little uneven and steepish staircase to get to rooms, but didn’t detract from the stay. Breakfast was delicious and staff all extremely friendly & helpful. As it’s a pub, you are obviously aware of noises from the pub during the day and evening but as soon as it closes, it’s very quiet."

"Overnight stay with my colleagues - gorgeous, traditional little place. Evening meal was exceptional (Roast Chicken) and the breakfast options were excellent. We had a slight issue at breakfast where noticed one of the cafetières didn’t seem to have any coffee mixed with the hot water - a bit unlucky when travelling with Italians! But aside from that would definitely book again without hesitation."

"Absolutely exceptional property! Excellent location and was easy to get to. Communication between the hosts and myself was fantastic. They were extremely helpful and professional. The property was fabulous! Very very clean, everything about it was beautiful. I’m so jealous of the bathroom, I would love it in my own home! The little details of biscuits and high end body wash was appreciated. Lots of space to get ready with your friends. It really has everything. If you’re going to stay in...

"A literal 5-star stay. I immediate extended my stay upon arrival. Everyone is so lovely and the room itself is wonderful, spacious and clean. Thoughtful amenities such as milk alternative, coffee bags and light breakfast snacks. I’m already deciding when next to book my stay at 33."

"Lovely hotel."

"On arrival I was told I’ve been downgraded to a standard room after paying for a premium room. Pretty rude staff wouldn’t change your alter and just saying I will just take it off the bill at the end. That wasn’t the answer what the answer I wanted was I’m sure your room isn’t available, but we can upgrade you to Different room, ordered two £40 steaks meals most of it was Fat with about eight chips overall we won’t be coming back really underrated for what you"

"Comfortable accommodation with friendly professional staff."

"We had a really good stay. Only a flying visit to meet friends. The apartment was great and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was ideal, with around a 10-minute walk into the main town, making it really convenient for exploring Worcester. We also parked in the pub car park next door, which was really handy, and enjoyed having a drink and some food there too. The car reg thing wasn’t working and we did check this with the pub staff. The only downside for us was the...

"Lovely and quiet. Good sized room. Free parking. Near good restaurants. Fantastic easy checknin and staff very helpful. Even let a gluten free goodie pack"

"Our luxury double room was spacious, clean and kept clean by staff each day. The only comment we would make was that the continental breakfast was not exciting and therefore somewhat disappointing for my wife who does not eat the cooked option."
