"The toilet in my room did not flush, when i asked the receptionist if she can get the maintenance man to fix it she simply just told me no, Therefore we had to use the toilet in reception which was not convenient."

"Fantastic apartment with amazing views and in top condition.
Location is perfect and the host is lovely as are the staff at the hotel.
Two draw backs if you are a family staying there however. 1) There is no kettle, pans pots, or microwave. Easily fixable. "

"Room are small, the sewage smell comes and goes. No complementary water and extra charge for spa use. The common areas have been recently done up, however the rooms could do with a refresh (especially bathrooms)"

"We had an outstanding stay at the Crowne Plaza in Constanța. The hotel is modern, exceptionally clean, and one of the nicest properties we visited in Romania. The staff was friendly and professional, the rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the location provided easy access to the beach while still feeling quiet and relaxing. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Black Sea coast."
