The Crowne Plaza was a lovely hotel. We enjoyed the location, the room, the pool and the Club Lounge. What really made the experience special was the courteous, well trained staff. Aman, and his supervisor, Nishant served us excellent food at La Mosaique. Michael gave us a tour and made us welcome at the gym. We were welcomed at the pool and the front desk staff were also very helpful, though I forgot to get their names. I highly recommend the Crowne Plaza for your stay in Bahrain.

The Hotel is really a five star experience. Rooms are really good and well maintained with all amenities available. Everyone should consider their stay there when visitng Bahrain as it is near to all attractions and shopping places nearby. Perfect for families. We will definitely visit back. The only thing i wanted tonpoint out was that the mini bar was left empty during the full duration of our stay.

We stayed at the Crowne plaza as we were going to the F1. Initially we were assigned a smoking room but they kindly accommodated a swap to a non smoking room despite how busy it was. The hotel is 3 floor but note there aren’t any lifts which is generally not an issue but just something to be aware of. The staff at the harvester were fantastic - Shohel in particular was great and very friendly as we were there every day and they learned our orders very quickly. Nice terrace outside just a shame the view is of a viaduct. Pool area is very clean and nice to chill out but has the same view as the terrace. The free transport to the track was a 20 min walk from this hotel so not bad at all. Rooms are large and clean so perfect for what we needed. Definitely an option for race weekend.

Some staff were very curtious but some front desk staff didn't blin when you walked by. Managers were great and Alphonso in the main dining room was all over the lace. Helping customers, other staff and adjusting decor on top on that. Only problem was the hot water in the shower was only warm when water from the sink was hot. Engineers came to check but luke warm was the result more than one day...
