"There is no branded entrance to the hotel. In the dark it is very difficult to find. The rooms are also outdated, furniture is stained and please buy some new towels (the ones in place have been used/washed more than enough)."

"Staff was helpful, courteous and professional, rooms were decent, property looked a bit worn. Some trash in parking lot, I did note that the PM desk clerk took the time to pick up stray trash on the way back in the building so the staff does try to keep things clean. This seems to be consistent with other properties in the area, I am under the impression that the staff does their best but perhaps East Coast customers tend to be slobs."
