Sehr schönen Hotel in Strandnähe. Die Poolanlage ist klasse. Allein an der Qualität der Essen könnte man ein wenig zweifeln, wobei das im Zuge eines Preis-Leistungsverhältnisses wiederum top ist. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal.

Hôtel satisfaisant mais est limite pour un 5étoile

Arrivée à l'hôtel, et prise en charge très bien et rapide, mais d'emblée aucun personnel ne parle français et ne parle pas tous anglais ou avec un accent locale. Aucune information est donné sur l'hôtel mais on nous donne un plan de l'hôtel avec les horaires de chaque service (repas, bars,,,). Bagagiste qui d'emblée réclame un pourboire et attention ne prend pas de monnaies d'Euro et réclame des dollars ou billet ben surprise il est reparti furieux en claquant la porte. L'hôtel est grand à plusieurs belles piscines avec transat très appréciable petit bémol la profondeur de l'ensemble des bassins 1,48m. A un amphi très bien et une discothèque mais décalé vers la plage je pense en raison de la basse saison. Repas variés mais ne vaut pas un 5 étoiles, nourriture parfois fade, ou très grasses, viande ou frite baignant encore dans de l'huile et les desserts européens ne sont pas bons. La fin de service des repas, le soir 21h décevant au point même ou 5 mn avant les serveurs retirent tout les plateaux même si un client est en train de se servir à côté. Boissons a revoir beaucoup locale et tout les jus de fruits sont payants même le matin. En cas de problème le personnel de la réception ne vous aide pas beaucoup et pire si vous êtes français en effet on a remarqué qu'ils étaient plus attentionnés pour la clientèle allemande et russes (en majorité dans cet hôtel). Enfin cet hôtel est très bien pour ceux qui en demande pas plus car pour les services, repas il vaut un 4 étoiles.
