"Very rude staff - Even with a handicapped person who accompanied me. Terrible security staff services and front desk staff. Even being a Hilton honor and platinum Expedia : no recognition. Really a pity for a Hilton hotel, even more at the airport. Will file an official complaint. Thanks."

"Best stay for getting to the airport"

"Although we ubered there from the airport, it was quick walk (5 minutes) from the Beachmont train station, which was the easiest way to get in and out of Boston for our day trips. Revere beach is at the end of the line, just a couple of stops away and the beach is beautiful. Breakfast was great and the coffee was too. Water and coffee in the lobby was nice. Room was a good size, quiet and comfortable, but just as an FYI for anyone else that finds even the slightest amount of light disruptive,...

"The restaurant was closed during our entire stay and we were not informed that they would be doing an update to their systems until we arrived to check in. This meant no power, lights or use of elevators. We also were cut off from heat in the middle of winter."

"The staff were amazing. Everyone was very helpful and accommodating with everything from transportation to restaurant suggestions to storing our luggage. It is a clean and comfortable place, but the people made it great! If you’re a light sleeper, it is a bit noisy from the nearby trains and planes, but we were exhausted and didn’t care!"

"The room was nice and pretty, and we were able to get in a little early, but I did not feel as though it was that clean. the room smelled musty in some areas, and there were spiders in others. I am glad we were there for only one night."

"We have stayed at this hotel before and had a great experience. The location is great. Rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Beach is right outside the door. Hotel was slightly understaffed for how busy it was this weekend. Our sofa bed was not made up and no bedding was in the room. We had to call down to the desk three time to get bedding and ended up just going down ourselves at almost midnight after an hour to get the bedding. Definitely needed more staff for a very busy weekend with FIFA...
