"I thought the staff were very friendly and helpful . Liked the very central location . No coffee in the room without having to go a good way along the corridor which ,although there would barely be room for a tea tray in the room. The room was compact and it was difficult to operate /access the lighting at the opposite site of the bed . However, I suspect not much can be done about this due to the compact design . However , the color scheme and ambience of the hotel is good ."

"Air conditioning in bedroom was out of order for the four nights we were there during a heatwave. To have diluted orange juice and apple juice at breakfast was disappointing. Otherwise, the room was good with plenty of storage space including a wardrobe, also a fridge, much needed in the circumstances. Good wi-fi included in price. Apart from the juice the breakfast buffet had a good selection including a choice of eggs done three ways. Ideal location for Piccadilly railway station."
