"I was this time,in a "3××" bedroom. The charging point would not accept my charging cable. Other hotels have exchanged their bedside lamps for ones with charging points. The room felt "tired,". Reception staff were as alert and gsve me the ' standard corporate welcome'. The bar was fairly quiet but it still took 10 mins for my drink to arrive. Breakfast was " hello nice to see you,you know the routine"."

"Great stay, wonderful staff at check in and check out. Room was great and the strong aircon was a major plus due to the hot weather. Shower was fantastic. More tv channels/ability to connect to phones would be great. Carpets could do with a deep clean but apart from that the room was spotless. Fantastic stay!"
