Our reservation has the purpose to visit our daughters who lives at Berford and attend a graduation ceremony. We just need a place to sleep because durig the day, we were enjoying our family. We really apreciated the positive environment approach, but never visit our room to pickup garbage, change our towels or change the bed sheets.They said the cleaning staff will go after 3 days, but it doesn't happen. At the 4th day we asked at front desk at least to pickup garbage and change our towels. Also ask to replace the coffee pouchs. The guy at the front desk take note, but again, it doesn,t happen. We check out at the 6th day and never receive the cleaning staff. Also, I have to say that the clenaliness in the bathroom, specially the bathtub was poor with dark lines (just need a little bit of clorox or something like that). I have photos, just in case you have a real interest in attend this situation.

Mr. Ramon I apologize this stay wasn't up to par, I will have maintenance redo the Cocking on the tub and make sure my housekeepers do better cleaning. Thank you for taking the time to give us feedback

Staff did not advise housekeeping is every other day. Requested clean towels and had to bring my dirty ones down to front desk to exchange for clean towels. Both televisions in room did not work. Checked in on Wednesday and televisions started to work on Saturday. Day before check out.

The room was hot and the AC didn’t work….didn’t sleep very well and wasn’t happy…told the front desk and she tried to get it going with no luck….hotel was sold out so all they could do is get me a fan for night…

The rooms were large and very clean. Breakfast was excellent. We were there for college graduation and on graduation day(s), more options were available for an even heartier breakfast for the long day ahead.

It was nice for a graduation weekend. The rooms were good and the staff was nice. The pool was not heated like they claimed, but it wasn’t a big deal

It was fine. It was busy but mostly that you were out of regular coffee for the rooms and instead of communicating it replacing the regular packages with decaf is not a great option. Also if you depart prior to breakfast starting there should be a quick go and grab something!

The hotel has 6 hockey teams staying there and the kids were running amok, knocking on ppls doors,pulling the room numbers down,rough playing in the pool. Hotel ran out of pool towel’s several times, eating area was dirty ,tables not wiped down, floors dirty, breakfast foods were very limited due to the hockey ppl. The hotel did nothing to accommodate the regular guests that weren’t with the hockey guests. When I discussed my issues with the shift manager she said it was her fault. Well it sure as hell wasn’t mine.needless to say sadly I will not be returning to this hotel. I have many other issues but to more to list here.

Solid choice
Overall, one of the best stays I’ve had in recent memory. Our only issue was a dirty room on arrival, but the front desk corrected it immediately and our replacement room was immaculate. All staff were kind and courteous both to me and to my inquisitive daughters. If we need to stay in the area again we will stay here.

The bathroom had hairs in the shower and had not been cleaned properly. Also it would be nice no to have to eat breakfast out of disposable plates, bowls etc.
