My refrigerator wouldn’t open because it wasn’t made for the cabinet they put it in so the door couldn’t open because the hinge kept blocking it. "The staff helped me book 4 rooms for a group and facilitated the payment and assignment of rooms. The room was so comfortable and clean. The lobby is set up so a Royo can spend time together. The Common Man and the cafe were right in the building which was convenient. We ate at several excellent restaurants within walking distance. A very enjoyable stay."

"The breakfast was amazing.The front desk staff were amazing, and gave us the extra pillows we requested. The the housekeeping staff was surley and refused to clean our room when asked. The bed was okay not super comfortable but not super uncomfortable either. The worst thing was that they have no water pressure in the shower, like zero."

They had a variety of breakfast options including cereal French toast waffle bacon sausage juice potatoes etc. the rooms were great and the gym area was excellent! They had a variety of different equipments available including strength training and cardio."

"They overbooked the hotel and gave my sisters room away for her second day. Her room also had water damage over the bed. She was told just to pull the bed out if it started leaking.
