"Room was clean. Bed was comfortable but very high. I booked a Deluxe king. The room was so small. Had a dormer as well which made it even smaller. NOT the room i boked. I would not stay in that room again...Also, they refurbished room. But the bathroom toilet was never replaced. It was like sitting on the floor, so low. Why not the toilet, too?"

"I stayed at this hotel many times. While the staff has always been wonderful, the conditions decline. The 2nd floor carpet is a trip hazard everywhere, it has come unstuck from the undersurface and bubbles up in many areas. Our first room of the night, 261, the toilet broke. They fixed it. Then the shower broke, oscillating between Luke warm and ice cold. I requested a new room, we moved to 251. The water was hot. The security lock was missing. Heating/ac units are rusty. The whole thing needs...

"The property was clean, the bedroom, beds, and finishes were updated, and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I would stay again, and would recommend to others. My only constructive comment is that the desk in the room, was a little small for remote work. "

"The room was great, full size kitchen and kitchenware available. The heated pool was clean and warm inside and out. The restaurants in the hotel had great service and delicious options. A great place for families with many activities for kids including a game room. Highly recommend :)"

"Large facility, beware you might not be in the complex with the large pool and need to drive over which makes for a cold wet drive back. Slightly dated, slightly overpriced and they did not take care of their property fast enough in snow (think 10am ice skating and the entrance to the area was not shoveled.) Bring your own sled!"

"The heated pool was nice considering it winter. I liked how the coffee station was a self-serve with filtered water so you had more options than just the one or two kurig in room. Breakfast was delicious. The decor modern, with area local photos. So close to town, very convenient"
