"The rooms are recently refurbished with lg walk in showers. Lobby staff were helpful throughout my stay. I booked my 6 night stay. The hotel is 1/4 mi from Exit 2 off I-93. It is a good value overall. The breakfast area was average with adequate seating. Recommended"

"I sent a request to cancel the remaining reservation for my stay at park view inn Salem New Hampshire. I visited the front desk at the inn with 24 hours notice. July 2, 3, 4, &5th, I asked to be canceled. I tried calling and contacting different times to cancel. my stay at Parkview Inn in Salem, New Hampshire was excellent, aside from me trying to cancel and make it home a few days early. They were professional and very friendly, and it helped me enjoy my vacation with my family."

"The hotel room were nice; however, they have a quite time from 10pm-6am so you can't used the workout room after 8pm and they just had a basic breakfast, no waffles, The room was clean, the staff were really nice & helpful. I would stay at this time again when I'm in the area."

"The room was clean and comfortable but there was a window ac unit and no shade on the window. Closing the curtains for privacy meant blocking the ac. The room also lacked a full length mirror and had limited bathroom vanity space. I did like the laminate floors, the room was a nice size and the bed was comfy"

"We were traveling and didnt check in until almost 11 pm. The hotel charged our card 269.79 for a 308 stay before we got there. Upon arrival they tried to charge us another 305 plus 100 dollar refundable deposit. They claim the 269.79 was a fee. No where on their website does it state there are extra fees for late check in. Check your accounts when staying here. Otherwise beds were comfortable but they over use a very strong smelling cleaning product that may be masking another issue. Breakfast...

"This hotel was amazing! And very undersold. I loved everything about this hotel. You drive up to what looks like a stately castle. Gorgeous clean hotel with the most beautiful grounds. There is a large pond and park on the grounds in front of the hotel with Lilly pads in the pond and the most serene setting to sit and relax and read. "I had an amazing stay. The staff was so professional and accomdating at the same time. They presented with a very happy friendly demeanor - you don't see that much these days! When I needed to change my reservations for an additional night to an almost sold out facility the staff found a way to keep me in the same room! It was a fabulous experience."
