"We have four children(14,8,4,2) ... We have waited until NOW to attempt a hotel stay with our two youngest. This weekend went very smoothly thanks to the awesome and accommodating staff ! The breakfast was awesome , so much more than we expected .All of the amenities kept us ALL occupied during an unexpected snowy weekend with not much to do . Very thankful and we will be returning again soon"

"The Breakfast was great. I had a fresh made waffle, hot coffee, and oj. There were also breakfast sandwiches, cereal, and muffins. we did not use the pool or hot tub, but we did go see it and it looked very inviting!"

"Good breakfast. We went for a relaxing getaway. The sauna was out of order, we had to ask for the pool to be uncovered, the pool was freezing, the pool room was freezing!! Everywhere I looked was a sign for " we accept tips"! At least 4 in the room and 2 at the breakfast area! All along with a sign that also said " room cleaning and amenities are at your request only". They still have carpeted floors in the room. There were no dressers or any drawers to put your belongings. The bolt lock on the...

"The room, at a glance appeared clean. But, Someone (property manager) should visit each room and check the cleaning. The baseboard tops in our bathroom and the floor corners are dirty. (room 404). The carpet vacuuming should be checked at the points were the carpet meets the walls and bed. A nozzle should be used. The bed and pillows were very nice and comfortable. Counter tops were clean. "This hotel actually exceeded my expectations. I was not hopeful coming into it, but the staff were immediately friendly, the breakfast was actually pretty good and helped us save a lot of money on food, the indoor slides could have been a bit better, but it kept my nieces and nephews happy so I’m glad they enjoyed it. My only true complaint is those god awful beds, I have never had a bed some uncomfortable. However, great memories were made here and it was actually a very pleasant stay!"

"Hotel is beautiful and clean;However, a bat time of the year to go. Nothing is open. The only complaint about the hotel is the finishing of the pool. it's horrible, the way it was built is unsafe, the bottom and the walls of it are terrible the finishing of them are so rough as a sand paper. I scratch myself with it and my son too. The hotel is pretty new. "
