"We picked this hotel due to its proximity to Waterville Valley ski area. The room was clean however the TV did not work which was a bummer but overall not a big deal. I would stay there again. "

"It is listed on the National Registry of Historic Places and indeed is an old building. Despite not having a fitness center or restaurant that is open before 7 am, microwave in the room, or other small amenities, I found this hotel to be quite charming, clean, safe and with very comfortable accommodations. "The check in staffer was fine, she let us get in to our room a little earlier which was great because we had been traveling for several hours. And when I asked for an extra set of towels (2 adults and 1 teen) she brought them fairly quickly. Room was ok you get what you pay for, furniture a lil old and a very small tv.
