"Nice place!"

"After we checked in we had a couple of problems with the room. 1) TV remotes did not work, had to exchange them at the front desk. 2) No ice bucket in the room, we got one from housekeeping. 3) The ice machine on the second floor did not work, had to go back down to the 1st floor. 4) The phone did not work. We have stayed there in the past with no issues. Not sure we would stay there again."

"Hampton Inn in Ukiah is in a very good location. We enjoyed staying there. The only thing is house keeping will clean your room every other day. If you stay just 2 nights, no housekeeping. "

While the room had a view of the ocean, the screen door got stuck shut, the room smelled like what I fear is mold as it was a very damp strange smell and the surfaces of the furniture had not been wiped down with a damp cloth as I had to wipe off what seemed like dried yogurt from several surfaces. "Really enjoyed every single thoughtful touch on the property. You can tell that this is their pride and joy. The happy hour skewers and snacks were delightful. Beautiful location on top of the hill. The views of the ocean are stunning and the courtyard is very beautiful. There are lovely wooden carvings and corn hole and darts to play in the courtyard along with lovely seating. We enjoyed our private patio very much and our room was wonderful. Felt very thoughtfully and tastefully put together....

"I absolutely loved the location and scenery! Morning walks were quite enjoyable. Perfect weather! Loved the wildlife that I saw as well as the chickens! The staff were helpful and amazing!"

"This was a one night stay on a very long trip. This place has some issues.Homeless people wandering around the parking lot at all hours, my sink was stopped up and wouldn’t drain. I told the clerk and he said it would be repaired. But it was unsettling to wake up at 3:00 am and see someone looking at your motorcycle at such an hour. I would pay more and not stay here again. Nothing really happened but it was unsettling."

"It was lovely to be just 2 miles from Mendocino, with views of the Ocean and having a full cottage with kitchen and dining table. Fairly rustic, not luxury in any means but great value for the price. Careful, the Rose Garden cottage is not a 2 bedrooms cottage. It can sleep 4 but the entire space is open (bedroom has no door) and has large opening to the living room where the sofabed is for the other 2 guests."

"My experience at Mendo Bungalows was nice. I liked the size of the cabins and the location was closest in town to the wedding venue which was in the forest. It was a good value in my opinion for having an ocean view as well. The bed was cozy and the rooms were clean. I liked the fireplace and tv. Parking was plentiful. There was some sort of bird cooing in a nest somewhere above us which was kinda funny, but not a problem for us. Just nature I guess! Overall I would stay here again. 4 stars...
